摘 要:为研究低速重载盾构机行星齿轮系统几何偏心问题,建立含几何偏心误差的行星齿轮时变啮合刚度解析计算模型,分析几何偏心误差对时变啮合刚度影响规律;综合考虑时变啮合刚度、传递误差、齿侧间隙等因素,建立盾构机行星传动集中质量动力学模型,并采用Runge-Kutta法进行求解,分析不同偏心量下行星轮系统位移振动特性。结果表明:偏心误差对啮合刚度的影响呈周期性变化,随偏心量增加,齿轮啮合刚度变化越明显;偏心误差会使各啮合齿对振动幅值显著波动,且仅一处偏心误差存在,则会影响整个系统的啮合刚度与振动响应,随着偏心量增大各齿对振动幅值明显增加。研究结果为盾构机行星齿轮传动设计提供理论参考。In order to study the geometric eccentricity of planetary gear system of low speed and heavy load shield machine,an analytical calculation model of time-varying engagement rigidity of planetary gear with geometric eccentricity error is established and the influence rule of geometric eccentricity error on time-varying engagement rigidity is analyzed.Then,a centralized mass dynamic model of planetary transmission of shield tunneling machine is established considering factors such as time-varying meshing rigidity,transmission error and tooth side clearance,and is solved by Runge-Kutta method to analyze the displacement and vibration characteristics of star gear system under different eccentricities.The results show that the influence of eccentricity error on meshing stiffness changes periodically,and the more obvious the change is with the increase of eccentricity.Eccentricity error will cause vibration amplitude of each pair of teeth to fluctuate significantly,and only one eccentricity error will affect the engagement rigidity and vibration response of the whole system.With the increase of eccentricity,the vibration amplitude of each pair of teeth will increase significantly.The research results provide theoretical reference for shield planetary gear drive design.
