摘　　要：目的构建成人ICU患者镇痛镇静护理质量评价指标体系,为ICU镇痛镇静的护理质量监测及管理提供参考。方法2022年2月-11月,以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构理论为框架,采用文献回顾、专家会议法、德尔菲法及层次分析法,确定成人ICU患者镇痛镇静护理质量评价指标的内容及各指标权重。结果2轮函询问卷的问卷回收率为100%和92%,有效率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.87和0.88,变异系数0.04~0.32和0~0.21,肯德尔和谐系数为0.245和0.260。最终构建的成人ICU患者镇痛镇静护理质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、11个二级指标和45个三级指标。结论该研究构建的成人ICU患者镇痛镇静护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,体现专业性和特异性,对评价ICU镇痛镇静护理质量具有借鉴作用。Objective To construct a quality evaluation indicator system of analgesia and sedation care in adult ICUs,and to provide a reference standard for monitoring and management of nursing quality of analgesia and sedation in adult ICUs.Methods From February to November 2022,the content and weights of quality evaluation indicators of analgesia and sedation care in adult ICUs were determined by using literature review,expert meeting method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method based on the three-dimensional“structure-process-outcome”quality model.Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of questionnaires were 100%and 92%,the authority coefficients were 0.87 and 0.88,the variation coefficients were 0.04~0.32 and 0~0.21,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.245 and 0.260.The final quality evaluation indicator system of analgesia and sedation care in adult ICUs included 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators.Conclusion The quality evaluation indicator system of analgesia and sedation care in adult ICUs has high Scientificity and reliability,reflects professionalism and specificity,and has a reference value on evaluating the nursing quality of analgesia and sedation in ICU.
