摘 要:通过对以往学者研究成果的总结,基于对某基坑工程的多侧面基坑开挖与既有建筑物的相互影响的案例分析,研究发现,对于基坑紧邻既有建筑物造成的有限空间范围内基坑支护及止水问题,采用咬合桩可以很好地解决;但对于多基坑项目,需要注意的是合理的开挖顺序和速度,对既有建筑物沉降变形的影响可能不是叠加加强,反而有减弱作用。围护结构刚度、插入深度、支撑刚度及场地地质水文情况等因素,对围护结构的深层水平位移变形形式会产生一定影响;对于有支撑系统的围护结构,深层水平位移变形形式很可能更接近悬臂式,而非常规经验所认为的复合式。Based on the summary and analysis of previous scholars'research results,and the project was analyzed on the interaction be‐tween multi-side foundation pit excavation and existing buildings.The results showed the foundation pit support and sealing up problem,which caused by the close proximity of the foundation pit to the existing buildings,have been solved by using the interlocking piles.For multiple foundation pit projects,the reasonable excavation sequence and speed on the settlement and deformation of existing buildings,the ef‐fect was weakened instead of superimposed and strengthened.The form of deep horizontal displacement deformation of the retaining structure is affected by the stiffness of the retaining structure,the insertion depth,the support stiffness and the geological and hydrological conditions of the site.For the retaining structure with the support system,the form of deep horizontal displacement deformation is likely to be closer to the cantilever type,rather than the composite type considered by conventional experience.
