摘  要:随着盾构法施工在我国地铁建设项目中得到越来越广泛的应用,地铁在穿越城市复杂地形的过程中将不可避免地出现长时间停机现象。采用Mindlin解计算盾构机停机时下卧土层的附加应力,并用分层总和法计算盾构下卧土层的总固结沉降,后利用太沙基一维固结理论得出土体固结沉降随停机作用时间的函数关系,最后提出了基于Peck公式并且考虑盾构长时间停机造成下卧层固结沉降的计算方法。以合肥地铁盾构下穿新建合肥某高铁站工程进行实例计算,利用有限差分软件进行验证。结果表明:模拟计算结果与理论计算拟合良好,证明本文提出的理论计算方法具有良好的可靠性,可解决类似工程的下卧层固结沉降预测计算问题;由于盾构机发生停机时无法进行同步注浆以及隧道管片铺设,停机初期沉降量达到最终沉降量90%以上。With the widespread use of shield construction in China's metro construction projects,prolonged stoppages are inevitable in the process of traversing complex urban terrain.The Mindlin solution is used to calculate the additional stresses in the soil layer beneath the shield machine during shutdown,and the total consolidation settlement in the soil layer beneath the shield is calculated by the sum-of-layers method,followed by the one-dimensional consolidation theory of Taishaji as a function of soil consolidation settlement with shutdown time.An example calculation is carried out for a new high-speed railway station in Hefei using the Hefei underground shield underneath,which is verified using finite difference software.The results show that the simulation results fit well with the theoretical calculations,proving that the theoretical calculation method proposed in this paper is reliable and can solve the problem of predicting consolidation settlement in similar projects;as the shield machine is not able to carry out simultaneous grouting and tunnel pipe laying when downtime occurs,the initial settle-ment during downtime reaches more than 90%of the final settlement.
