摘  要:为了探索大直径大坡度输水钢管在弱风化岩层的顶管顶进施工技术,以某输水工程为研究对象,采用动静结合的方法控制DN 2000 mm×20 mm大直径压力钢管以8.455%大坡度定向精准顶进,同时采用供水反沙法和高浓度膨润土砂浆减少摩擦阻力,能提高弱风化岩层顶管顶进施工效率,节省施工成本,缩短工期。In order to explore the construction technology of the pipe jacking construction of large diameter and large slope steel pipe of water conveyance in the weak weathered rock layer,toke a water transmission project as the research object,the dynamic and static combi-nation method was used to control the DN 2000 mm×20 mm large diameter penstock with 8.455%slope orientation and large slope preci-sion.At the same time,the anti-sediment water supply method and high plasticity bentonite cement grouting were used to reduce friction,so that we can improve the construction efficiency of the pipe jacking of water conveyance in the weak weathered rock layer,save construction costs and shorten time limit for a project.
