玄武岩纤维混凝土补强新老混凝土粘结性能试验研究

摘  要:掺入玄武岩纤维作为一种改善混凝土收缩性能的有效手段,常常与添加减缩剂以及结合面增糙等手段联合应用于增大截面法的破旧混凝土修复工作中。从影响新老混凝土结合的3个主要因数(结合面粗糙度、减缩剂掺量以及玄武岩纤维掺量)开展混凝土试件的室内收缩试验。试验结果表明,新老混凝土试件收缩发展曲线大致经历了早期快速发展、后期平缓稳定发展两阶段,新老混凝土试件收缩随着结合面粗糙度的增加、减缩剂掺量的增加、玄武岩纤维掺量的增加而减小,其中玄武岩纤维掺量对新老混凝土粘结收缩性能影响最为显著。As an effective means to improve the shrinkage performance of concrete,basalt fiber is often used in conjunction with the ad-dition of shrinkage reducing agent and the roughness of the joint surface in the repair of dilapidated concrete with the enlarged section meth-od.The indoor shrinkage test of concrete specimens is carried out from three main factors affecting the combination of new and old concrete(the roughness of the joint surface,the amount of shrinkage reducing agent and the amount of basalt fiber).The test results show that the shrinkage development curve of the new and old concrete specimens has roughly experienced two stages of rapid development in the early stage and gentle and stable development in the later stage.The shrinkage of the new and old concrete specimens decreases with the increase of the roughness of the joint surface,the increase of the content of shrinkage reducing agent,and the increase of the content of basalt fi-ber,among which the content of basalt fiber has the most significant impact on the bond shrinkage performance of the new and old concrete.
