摘  要:新时代下,环境与资源问题越来越严峻,溶剂型产品失去了存在的意义,人们把研究重点投向了绿色、环保、安全、五毒、不燃的水性产品。如此,随着生产与生活的需求,水性聚合物应运而生。这一材料,则是把聚合物分散于以水为分散剂的一种聚合物的总称。在生产加工过程中,传统溶剂型产品会挥发出一些有机物,不仅会危害环境与人体健康,而且还存在严重的火灾隐患。相比于溶剂型产品,水性产品由于选择水为分散介质,环境优势明显,成本投入相对较低,运用范围更广。环保型水性聚氨酯(WPU)是水性产品的典型,也是现阶段研究最多、发展最快、应用最广的产品。然而,由于其选择水为分散剂,分子链中包含这亲水基团,相比于传统溶剂型聚氨酯产品,其力学性、耐水性较差,在一定程度行影响了应用。为了能够有效这些不足之处,研究人员提出了不同改性方法,进一步优化该材料的性能,扩大其应用范围。In the new era,the problems of environment and resources are becoming more and more serious.Solvent based products have lost their significance.People focus their research on green,environmental protection,safety,five poisons and non combustible water-based products.Thus,with the needs of production and life,water-based polymers came into being.This material is a general term for a polymer that disperses a polymer with water as a dispersant.In the process of production and processing,traditional solvent based products will volatilize some organic substances,which will not only endanger the environment and human health,but also have serious fire hazards.Compared with solvent based products,water-based products have obvious environmental advantages,relatively low cost and wider application range due to the selection of water as the dispersion medium.Environmental friendly waterborne polyurethane(WPU)is a typical water-based product.It is also the product with the most research,the fastest development and the widest application at this stage.However,due to the selection of water as the dispersant and the hydrophilic group contained in the molecular chain,compared with the traditional solvent based polyurethane products,its mechanical properties and water resistance are poor,which has affected the application to a certain extent.In order to effectively overcome these shortcomings,researchers have proposed different modification methods to further optimize the properties of the material and expand its application range.
