摘  要:为提高ABS树脂的耐热性能,研究了熔融共混的方法聚碳酸酯(PC)与马来酰亚胺(PMI)含量对ABS树脂的机械性能和耐热性能的影响。通过比较两种共混物的优缺点设计出ABS/PC/PMI三种物质共混后的耐热ABS材料,使其具有高机械性能与高耐热性能。实验结果表明:ABS∶PC∶PMI含量比为50∶30∶20时,热变形温度可达120.2℃,且冲击强度达18 kJ/m^(2),与原料ABS冲击强度相当,且与原料ABS比具有较高机械性能,熔融指数达2.7 g/10 min,为满足家电领域应用的高耐热ABS合金。To improve the heat resistance of ABS resin,the effect of polycarbonate(PC)and maleimide(PMI)content on the mechanical and heat resistance of ABS resin by melt blending was studied.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two blends,a heat-resistant ABS material with ABS/PC/PMI blend was designed,which had high mechanical and heat resistance properties.The experimental results showed that when the ABS∶PC∶PMI content ratio was 50∶30∶20,the hot deformation temperature could reach 120.2℃,and the impact strength could reach 18 kJ/m^(2),which was equivalent to the impact strength of the raw ABS and had higher mechanical properties compared to the raw ABS.The melt index reached 2.7 g/10 min,which was a high heat resistant ABS alloy that meets the needs of home appliance applications.
