梳型水性聚氨酯包覆有机硅无氟高效拒水剂的合成与应用

摘　　要：以长链烷基二元醇、聚醚二元醇以及甲基乙醇胺与异氰酸酯制备了梳型聚氨酯乳液,并分别引入了线性聚硅氧烷和支化聚硅氧烷两种结构有机硅链段,制备出疏型水性聚氨酯包覆有机硅无氟拒水剂。探究预聚反应时间、有机硅结构、硅含量对梳型有机硅改性聚氨酯的影响,采用H-NMR、FT-IR、GPC等进行表征,并对拒水性进行测试。结果表明:优选WAPU-HS梳型有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液与柔软剂T732复配,通过调整不同比重,筛选出最优配方,其拒水性能可达到95分。Comb type polyurethane lotion was prepared with long-chain alkyl Diol,polyether Diol,methyl Ethanolamine and isocyanate,and two organosilicon segments with linear polysiloxane and branched polysiloxane structures were introduced respectively to prepare Hydrophobic Waterborne Polyurethane Coated Organosilicon Fluoride Free Water Repellent.In order to explore the effects of prepolymerization reaction time,organic silicon structure and silicon content on comb type organic silicon modified polyurethane,it was characterized by 1H-NMR,FT-IR,GPC,etc,and tested for water repellency.The results indicated that the optimum formulation was selected by mixing WAPU-HS comb type organosilicon modified polyurethane lotion with softening agent T732.The water repellency of the optimum formulation could reach 95 points by adjusting different specific gravity.
