摘 要:研究了PU泡棉、IIR、SBR、NBR以及发泡橡胶在不同工作条件下的耐老化性能,分别从物理性能和声学性能进行分析对比。结果表明,发泡材料整体耐老化性能较差,而橡胶材料的耐老化性能则相对较好,橡胶材料(NBR、IIR和SBR)高温高湿和高温烘烤后力学性能和声学性能变化均不大。而IIR和SBR,在UV老化下表现优异,适合用于需要外露的户外音箱或浅色橡胶音箱产品。The aging resistance of PU foam,IIR,SBR,NBR and foam rubber under different working conditions was studied,and the physical and acoustic properties were analyzed and compared.The results indicated that the overall aging resistance of foam materials was poor,while the aging resistance of rubber materials was relatively good.The mechanical and acoustic properties of rubber materials(NBR,IIR,and SBR)showed little changes after high temperature and humidity test,and high-temperature baking.And IIR and SBR,which performed well under UV aging,were suitable for outdoor speakers or light-colored rubber speakers products that need to be exposed.
