摘 要:建立连续光源火焰原子吸收光谱法快速顺序测定工作场所空气中钠和钾及其化合物的方法。工作场所空气用微孔滤膜采样后0.5%硝酸溶液洗脱、连续光源火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。方法检出限为钠0.016 mg/L、钾0.017 mg/L,定量下限分别为Na:0.053μg/mL、K:0.056μg/mL,浓度范围内该方法线性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为钠0.94%~2.17%、钾0.86%~3.04%,加标回收率为钠97.55%~102.14%、钾96.93%~104.15%。该法操作简便、快捷,适于工作场所空气中钠和钾及其化合物的快速顺序测定。A method for rapid and sequential determination of sodium,potassium and their compounds in the air of workplace by continuus light source flame Atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The Air of the workplace was collected by microporous filter membrane,eluting with 0.5%nitric acid solution,and determined by continuus light source flame Atomic absorption spectrometry.The detection limits of the method were 0.016 mg/L for sodium and 0.017 mg/L for potassium,and the lower limits of quantification were Na 0.053μg/mL and K 0.056μg/mL,respectively.The linearity of the method was good within the concentration range,with relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.94%~2.17%for sodium and 0.86%~3.04%for potassium.The recovery rate of sodium and potassium were 97.55%~102.14%and 96.93%~104.15%,respectively.This method was simple,fast,and suitable for the rapid sequential determination of sodium,potassium,and their compounds in the air of workplaces.
