摘 要:含钴和镍等金属元素的高铵盐废水如不加处理进入自然界,不仅会产生严重的环境污染,也会造成钴镍资源的浪费。本文给出了依次使用Mextral 6103H和D402两种树脂,实现对钴镍高铵盐废水中金属元素的回收。在实验条件下,使用Mextral 6103H经6个萃取循环后,实验用废水中钴和镍的含量可分别从0.22 g/L和0.25 g/L降低到3.95 mg/L和0.18 mg/L。然后,使用D402树脂吸附分离低浓度实验用废水中的钴和镍,可使钴和镍的含量分别从27.5 mg/L和4.59 mg/L降低到0.95 mg/L和0.29 mg/L。采用所给出的两步工艺方法,可实现镍钴废水的高效低成本回收处理,同时两种树脂都可重复使用,表明该方法具有很好的应用前景。If high ammonium salt wastewater containing metal elements such as cobalt and nickel enters the natural world without treatment,it will not only cause serious environmental pollution,but also waste cobalt and nickel resources.The sequential use of Mextral 6103H and D402 resins was presented to achieve the recovery of cobalt and nickel ions in the high ammonium salt wastewater.Under experimental conditions,after six extraction cycles using Mextral 6103H,the contents of cobalt and nickel in the wastewater could be reduced from 0.22 g/L and 0.25 g/L to 3.95 mg/L and 0.18 mg/L,respectively.Then,using D402 resin to adsorb and separate cobalt and nickel from the low concentration wastewater could reduce the content of cobalt and nickel from 27.5 mg/L and 4.59 mg/L to 0.95 mg/L and 0.29 mg/L,respectively.The two-step process method could achieve efficient and low-cost recovery and treatment of cobalt and nickel containing wastewater,and both resins could be reused,indicating that this method has good application prospects.
