摘 要:在化工生产装置中,加热炉是一个重要的生产设备,生产能耗占整个装置的1/3以上,也是空气污染物的重要排放装置,同时还是一个重大危险源。控制加热炉平稳运行对装置正常生产,节能降耗等有着重大意义。本文在分析某装置现采用加热炉控制方案的基础上,以避免加热炉发生安全事故为目标,提出一种基于本质安全理论的新型加热炉控制方案,并对方案的有效性做出合理论证。In chemical production equipment,the heating furnace is an important production equipment,with production energy consumption accounting for more than one-third of the entire device.It is also an important emission device for air pollutants and a major hazard source.Controlling the smooth operation of the heating furnace is of great significance for the normal production,energy conservation and consumption reduction of the device.Based on the analysis of the current heating furnace control scheme used in a certain device,a new type of heating furnace control scheme based on intrinsic safety theory with the goal of avoiding safety accidents in the heating furnace was proposed,making a reasonable demonstration of the effectiveness of the scheme.
