摘　　要：煤粉制备系统作为干煤粉气化炉合格煤粉供应单元,其稳定运行对于气化装置整个系统的长期运行起着至关重要的作用,本文针对干煤粉气化炉煤粉制备系统运行以来出现过的运行周期短、开停车频繁、能耗高,环保不达标等问题进行分析,并提出解决对策和优化措施。The coal powder preparation system,as a qualified coal powder supply unit for the dry coal powder gasifier,plays a crucial role in the long-term operation of the entire gasification device system.The problems which occurred since the operation of the coal powder preparation system for the dry coal powder gasifier were analyzed,such as short operating cycle,frequent start and stop,high energy consumption and environmental non-compliance,and the solutions and optimization measures were proposed.
