摘  要:现有HPPO环氧化反应系统应用安全切换技术以降低切换时间,保证HPPO装置安全运行并进一步节能降耗减排。采用修正的质量生成焓值将节省物耗、减少损失折算为二氧化碳减排量。研究发现:100~600 kt/a的HPPO装置反应系统采用安全切换技术,切换时间从120~160 s降到0.1 s。在反应温度55℃、反应压力1.8 MPa条件下,随着HPPO装置生产规模增加,节能降耗减排量也增加。在反应温度25~90℃、反应压力1.8 MPa或反应温度55℃、反应压力0.2~5.6 MPa条件下,随着温度或压力增加,节能降耗减排量均逐步减少达到最小值后又逐步增加。The existing HPPO epoxidation reaction system applies the safe switching technology to reduce the switching time,ensure the safe operation of HPPO plant and further save energy,reduce consumption and reduce emissions.The modified mass formation enthalpy was used to convert the material consumption savings and loss reduction into carbon dioxide emission reductions.It was found that reaction system of 100~600 kt/a HPPO plant adopted safe switching technology,and the switching time was reduced from 120~160 s to 0.1 s.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 55℃and reaction pressure of 1.8 MPa,with the increase of HPPO unit production scale,the energy saving and emission reduction were also increased.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 25~90℃,reaction pressure of 1.8 MPa or reaction temperature of 55℃,reaction pressure of 0.2~5.6 MPa,with the increase of temperature or pressure,the energy saving and emission reduction were gradually reduced to the minimum and then gradually increased.
