摘　　要：以塔设备拆装实训项目纳入化工设备拆装实训教学课程为主题,以填料塔、板式塔为实例,阐述了塔设备拆装实训在高校化工类专业实践教学课程中面临的实际问题和拆装实训教学环节需要重视的隐患等,强调了化工设备拆装实训课程中列入塔设备拆装项目的必要性,将企业真实在用设备和学校工程实践教学相结合,有利于学生更好地掌握化工设备的结构特点,强化工程实践技能。The training project of tower equipment disassembly and assembly was taken as the theme,and packing tower and plate tower were taken as examples,the practical problems was expounded that tower equipment disassembly and assembly training faced in the practical teaching courses of Chemical Engineering specialty in colleges and universities,and the hidden dangers that should be paid attention to in the teaching links of the practice teaching of tower equipment disassembly and assembly training,etc,emphasizing the necessity of including tower equipment disassembly and assembly items in the training course of chemical equipment disassembly and assembly,combining the actual equipment in use in enterprises with the engineering practice teaching in schools,which was beneficial to students to better grasp the structural features of chemical equipment,strengthen engineering practice skills.
