摘 要:目的探讨舰艇卫生士官的个体化培训教学新模式。方法基于舰艇卫生士官岗位任职能力要求,构建培训内容个体化定制、以学员为中心的见习、模拟训练与标准化考核相结合的新模式。比较6名舰艇卫生士官学员培训前后战救技能考评和临床操作技能考评考核成绩,采用教学效果调查问卷比较学员培训后满意度。结果6名培训学员对培训总体非常满意。战救技能方面,检伤分类、烧伤面积评估与清创、开放性海水浸泡伤3大类科目在培训前的摸底考核未达到良好以上水平,培训后考核得分均优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。止血类、包扎类、固定技术类、基础生命支持类4大类科目在培训前的摸底考核达到良好以上水平,未进一步培训;临床操作技能方面,培训后操作理论考核和11项操作技能得分均明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舰艇卫生士官的个体化培训计划设置与实施,可提高其学习热情,增强学习效率和提升学习满意度。Objective To explore a new individualized training and teaching mode for naval medical sergeants onboard ship.Methods Based on the job qualifications of the naval medical sergeants onboard ship,a new mode of training method focused on personalized customization,student‑centered internship,simulated training and the combination of standardized assessment was established.Test scores of combat casualty care skills and clinical manipulations were compared before and after training.The rate of satisfaction after training was compared by using teaching results questionnaire survey.Results 6 trainees were very much satisfied with the overall training results.In combat casualty care skills,the main 3 subjects of casualty triage,burn area assessment and debridement and open seawater immersion before training failed to reach the above good level.However,the test scores after training were all superior to those before training,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The post training assessment scores were all better than before,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The basic assessment of the four other major subjects,such as hemostasis,bandaging,fixation techniques and basic life support were all above good levels,and no further training was implemented.In clinical manipulation skills,manipulation theory test and 11 manipulation skill test scores after training were all significantly higher than those before training,also with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment and implementation of personalized training programs for naval medical sergeants could enhance learning enthusiasm,intensify learning efficiency and improve rate of satisfaction.
