摘　　要：《青年实话》是第二次国内革命战争时期中国共产主义青年团苏区中央局的机关报,也是苏区青年工作组织宣传的重要平台。该报从事实层面、价值层面、表达层面建构苏区青年动员工作机制,展开投身革命实践、参与苏区建设、提升文化素质的动员,折射工农青年自我价值和社会理想的实现。动员实践呈现出本土化、具象化、深度化、通俗化的传播特征,通过塑造榜样突出动员工作的共情元素,通过激励共同意识突出动员工作的价值元素,通过优化传播策略讲好动员工作的青年故事,对新时代青年思想引领具有经验启示。Youth Truth was the official newspaper of the Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League in the Chinese Soviet area,and an important platform for organizing and propagating youth work in the Chinese Soviet area during the Second Domestic Revolutionary War.The newspaper constructs a mechanism for mobilizing the youth in Chinese Soviet area at the factual,value and expression levels,and launches a mobilization to join revolutionary practice,participate in the construction,and improve cultural quality,reflecting the realization of the self-worth and social ideals.The practice presents the communication characteristics of localization,visualization,depth and popularization,highlighting the empathy element of mobilization by shaping role models,highlighting the value element of mobilization by stimulating common consciousness,and telling the youth story of mobilization by optimizing the communication strategy,which still has experience and inspiration for youth thought leadership in the new era.
