摘  要:传统氢冷发电机远程控制方法无法实现电机运行的精准控制,主要体现在同步发电机传动比和转角控制精度不高等方面。该文提出了一种基于关联规则的氢冷发电机远程控制系统。系统选用数据处理性能较强的STM32芯片作为微控制器核心芯片,借助传感器及通信装置实现实时数据传输,以PLC技术为通信支持,通过TP907电源芯片优化电源模块,从而构建具有优越关联性能的硬件结构。通过提取监测数据计算发电机理想传动比、增频效率,进而对理想状态下氢冷发电机转角进行自适应检测,以得到更高精准度的发电机自适应系数。实验结果表明,在该方法控制下系统自适应系数最高可达0.9μm,且单位耗能也始终保持在2.5 kW/h左右。由此可知该系统有助于提高氢冷发电机远程控制的精度、降低耗能,有效改善了氢冷发电机远程控制的工作效率。The traditional remote control method of hydrogen-cooled generator can not achieve accurate control of motor operation,mainly reflected in the synchronous generator transmission ratio and angle control accuracy is not high.This paper presents a remote control system of hydrogen cooled generator based on association rules.The STM32 chip with strong data processing performance is selected as the core chip of the microcontroller,the real-time data transmission is realized with the help of sensors and communication devices,and the communication support is based on PLC technology.The power module is optimized by TP907 power chip,so as to build the hardware structure with superior correlation performance.By extracting the monitoring data,the generator ideal transmission ratio and frequency increase efficiency are calculated,and then the angle of the hydrogen cooled generator under the ideal state is self-adaptive detection to obtain the generator self-adaptation coefficient with higher accuracy.The experimental results show that the adaptive coefficient of the system under the control of this method can reach up to 0.9μm,and the unit energy consumption is always maintained at about 2.5 kW/h.It can be seen that this system is helpful to improve the accuracy of remote control of hydrogen cooled generator,reduce energy consumption,and effectively improve the work efficiency of remote control of hydrogen cooled generator.
