摘  要:针对工业过程水质检测自动化程度低、检测精度低、实时性差的问题,采用分光光度法分析原理设计研发一款工业水质多参数自动分析设备,该自动检测分析仪能够自动完成在线取样、前置反应、结果计算、清洗排废等流程,可以检测磷酸根离子、亚硫酸根离子,检测过程依据国家标准;检测设备可配备多功能取样盘,实现循环批量取样,解放人工。在设备研制过程中通过对比测试选定波长可变的光谱仪实现对反应物质的打光处理,获取物质能量,仪器检测结果与人工实验相比,检测精度提高50%以上。In view of the problems of low automation degree,low accuracy and poor real-time performance of water quality detection in industrial process,based on the principle of spectrophotometric analysis,a multi-parameter automatic analyzer for boiler water quality is designed and developed.The analyzer can automatically complete online sampling,pre-reaction,result calculation,cleaning and waste discharge processes.The analyzer can detect phosphate ion and sulfite ion according to national standard.The analyzer can be equipped with multi-functional sampling disk to realize circular batch sampling without manual participation.In the process of equipment development,the spectrometer with variable wavelength was selected through comparative test to achieve the polishing treatment of the reaction material and obtain the material energy.Compared with the manual experiment,the detection accuracy of the instrument is improved by more than 50%.
