摘　　要：针对环境恶劣的料仓采用人工卸料存在安全的问题,同时提升工业卸料系统的自动化程度,该文以某化工企业卸料装置为研究对象,研究无线定位系统的卸料装置,重点讲述了无线定位测距系统的构成、原理以及优点,并通过在实际中的应用验证了无线定位卸料系统的功能及意义。通过无线定位测距仪、料仓料位实时检测、视频监控系统等实现卸料系统的完全自动化,解决了工业盐卸料车需要人工到料仓卸料的问题,保证了工人的安全,提高了工作效率,极大地提升了工业自动化程度。Aiming at the safety problems of manual discharge in the bad environment of the bunker and improving the automation of the industrial discharge system,this paper takes the discharge device of a chemical enterprise as the research object,studies the discharge device of the wireless positioning system,and focuses on the composition,principle and advantages of the wireless positioning and ranging system.The function and significance of the wireless positioning unloading system are verified by practical application.Through wireless positioning rangefinders,real-time detection of bin material level,video monitoring system to achieve the complete automation of the unloading system,solve the problem of industrial salt unloading truck need manual unloading to the bin,ensure the safety of workers,improve work efficiency,greatly enhance the degree of industrial automation.
