摘 要:交流电子负载作为电源测试不可或缺的设备之一,主要用于模拟真实环境中的各种负载。文中根据能馈型功率因数可调单相交流电子负载性能需求,提出基于UCC28019的能馈型功率因数可调单相交流电子负载总体设计方案。以STM32F103C8T6为控制核心,设计了PFC校正电路、PFC调整电路、辅助供电电路、SPWM驱动电路、逆变电路、保护电路。基于移相控制策略构建了电压闭环控制链路,实现了系统功率因数可调和恒压稳定输出。通过搭建样机实验装置,验证了系统方案的可行性。As one of the indispensable equipment for power supply testing,AC electronic load is mainly used to simulate various loads in real environments.According to the performance requirements of single⁃phase AC electronic load with energy feedback and adjustable power factor,an overall design scheme of UCC28019 based single⁃phase AC electronic load with energy feedback and adjustable power factor is proposed.PFC(power factor correction)circuit,PFC adjustment circuit,auxiliary power supply circuit,SPWM drive circuit,inverter circuit and protection circuit are designed by taking STM32F103C8T6 as the control core.On the basis of the phase⁃shifting control strategy,a voltage closed⁃loop control link is constructed to realize adjustable system power factor and stable output with constant voltage.By building a prototype experimental device,the feasibility of the system scheme was verified.
