氟铃脲原药的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：为研究氟铃脲原药定量分析方法,基于反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈/水(体积比为66∶34)为流动相,使用C_(18)反相色谱柱和紫外检测器,在波长254 nm条件下外标法定量分析测定了氟铃脲原药。所建立方法标准偏差为0.13%,线性相关系数0.9999,平均回收率为100.84%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于氟铃脲原药的定量分析。It was introduced that quantitative analysis of hexaflumuron TC by reversed phase HPLC,using acetonitrile-water(66:34,by vol)as mobile phase,C_(18)reverse chromatography column and UV detector at a wavelength of 254 nm.The standard deviation of this method is 0.13%,the linear correlation is 0.9999,average recovery rate is 100.84%.This method has the advantages of simple and good,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of hexaflumuron TC.
