美国“运动员无极限女子排球职业联赛”发展探析

摘　　要：国外女子排球职业赛事的发展经验,对于我国女排超级联赛的发展和女子排球职业化水平的提升具有一定的借鉴意义。运用文献资料法等研究方法,对美国“运动员无极限女子排球职业联赛”的创办背景和创新发展进行分析。美国“运动员无极限女子排球职业联赛”在比赛赛制、管理模式、宣传手段和资金来源等方面进行了改革创新,其在促进俱乐部竞争平衡、关注运动员的发展、充分利用媒体资源、培养排球球迷群体等方面为我国女排职业联赛的发展提供了借鉴和启示。The development experience of women’s volleyball professional tournaments in abroad has reference value for the development of China’s women’s volleyball super league and the improvement of women’s volleyball professionalization level.With the research method of literature review,the paper analyzes the founding background and innovative development of“Athletes Unlimited Women’s Volleyball Professional League”in the United States.The American“Athletes Unlimited Women’s Volleyball Professional League”has reformed and innovated in the competition system,management mode,publicity means and source of funds.It provides reference and inspiration for the development of China’s women’s volleyball professional league in the aspects of promoting the balance of competition among clubs,paying attention to the development of athletes,making full use of the media resources,and cultivating volleyball fan groups.
