电催化氧化耦合电刺激微生物降解高浓度溴系阻燃剂土壤污染的研究

摘  要:针对高浓度十溴联苯醚(BDE209)污染土壤修复,开展电活化过硫酸盐(S_(2)O_(8)^(2-))耦合电刺激微生物降解研究。结果表明,随着工作电势提高,电催化氧化反应体系pH降低,牺牲阳极Fe^(2+)释放量随之增大,BDE209降解率在2 h内达到较高水平,此后增长缓慢。过剩的Fe^(2+)会消耗硫酸根自由基,并加速向Fe^(3+)转化,导致S_(2)O_(8)^(2-)无效消耗及BDE209去除率降低。随着菌种添加量提高BDE209降解率增幅有限,并在120 h后趋于稳定,可能与营养盐及电子供受体的竞争性消耗有关。在最佳反应条件下(S_(2)O_(8)^(2-):10 g/kg;电催化氧化2 h,电刺激微生物120 h,工作电势为1 V/cm),BDE209去除率近似直线增长,最终达到88.6%。The study on electro-activated persulfate(S_(2)O_(8)^(2-))oxidation(EAO)coupled with electro-stimulation of microbial degradation(ESM)was carried out for the remediation of soil contaminated with high concentration of decabrominated diphenyl ether(BDE209).The results indicated that systematic pH decreased with the increased of voltage gradiant,and the generation amount of Fe^(2+)significantly increaed.The oxidative degradation efficiency of BDE209 would reach a high level during the first 2 h,and then slack in growth.Excessive Fe^(2+)would consume the sulfate radical and accelerate the transform of Fe^(2+)to Fe^(3+)at the meanwhile,which were resulted the meaningless consumption of S_(2)O_(8)^(2-)and the decreased of BDE209 removal efficiency.The biodegradation efficiency of BDE209 was increased finitely with the additive amount of the degrading bacteria,and the degradation reaction tended to be stable after 120 h,which might be related to the competitive consumption of nutrients and electron donors.The removal efficiency of BDE209 increases almost linearly under the optimum reaction conditions(S_(2)O_(8)^(2-):10 g/kg,EAO stage:2 h,ESM stage:120 h,voltage gradiant:1 V/cm),which could be reached 88.6%after 120 hours treatment.
