华中五味子根皮乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究华中五味子根皮乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及半制备液相色谱等各种现代色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从华中五味子根皮80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中共分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为henricine B(1)、7R,8S-二氢去氢双松柏醇(2)、桑黄酮(3)、南五味子酸(4)、五内酯甲(5)、烟酰胺(6)、2,3-二羟基丙基-16-羟基十六烷酸酯(7)、对羟基苯乙醇(8)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯甲酸(9)、4-羟基-苯甲酸(10)、2-羟基-苯甲酸(11)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)。结论化合物3、6、7、11、12为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。Objective To determine the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate fraction of the root bark of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various modern chromatographic techniques such as silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,and their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results Totally 12 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 80%ethanol extract of the root bark of Schisandra sphenanthera.Their structures were identified as henricine B(1),dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(2),kuwanon C(3),kadsuric acid(4),schisanlactone A(5),nicotinamide(6),2,3-dihydroxypropyl-16-hydroxyhexadecanoate(7),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol(8),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid(9),4-hydroxy-benzoic acid(10),2-hydroxy-benzoic acid(11)and tachinoside(12).Conclusion Compounds 3,6,7,11 and 12 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
