摘  要:采用不同残余黏着率的PE离型膜和PET离型膜,制备了自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,并研究了离型膜对卷材粘结性能的影响,结果表明:相同条件下,卷材与卷材剥离强度保持率比卷材与铝板剥离强度保持率高;离型膜的残余黏着率越高,对制得的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材粘结性能的影响越小;用PET离型膜制得的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材剥离强度保持率比用PE离型膜制得的卷材高。PE release membranes and PET release membranes with different residual adhesion rates are adopted for the preparation of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane,and effect of release film on bonding performance of the membrane is studied.The results show that under the same conditions,the retention rate of peel strength between membrane and membrane is higher than that between the membrane and the aluminum sheet;the higher the residual adhesion rate of the release film,the smaller the impact on bonding performance of the self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane produced;the peel strength retention rate of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane with PET release film is higher than that of the membrane with PE release film.
