不同搭接方法对改性沥青防水卷材搭接缝相关性能的影响研究

摘  要:通过试验研究热熔法和非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料粘结法搭接对改性沥青防水卷材搭接缝处的不透水性、剥离强度和剪切强度的影响。结果表明:采用上述2种搭接方法的改性沥青防水卷材搭接缝处的不透水性均可满足GB 55030—2022《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》的要求;对于剥离强度和剪切强度来说,采用热熔法搭接均能满足标准要求,而采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料粘结搭接时,接缝处剥离强度达不到标准要求。Through experimental research,the effects of hot-melt method and non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating bonding method on the impermeability,peel strength and shear strength of modified bitumen waterproofing membrane overlap joint are studied.The results show that impermeability of the overlap joints of modified bitumen waterproofing membrane using the above two lapping methods can meet the requirements of GB 55030—2022“General code for waterproofing of building and municipal engineering”;for both peel strength and shear strength,hot-melt method can meet the standard requirements;however,when using non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating for lap bonding,the peel strength at the joint cannot meet the standard requirements.
