摘　　要：建筑幕墙渗漏水问题十分普遍,且由于幕墙存在大量相互贯通的空腔,一旦出现渗漏这些腔体将成为水流动的不规则路径,为封堵工作带来极大的困难。本文以一江边高层项目为例,通过对项目漏水点全面排查挖掘,分析导致渗漏水的主要原因,并提出改造方案。The problem of water leakage in building curtain walls is very common,and due to the presence of a large number of interconnected cavities in the curtain wall,once leakage occurs,these cavities will become irregular paths for water flow,posing great difficulties for the blocking work.This article takes a high-rise project by a river as an example,analyzes the main reasons for water leakage through comprehensive investigation and excavation of the project's leakage points,and proposes a renovation plan.
