关于防水新规下预铺反粘防水卷材在底板工程中的设计与应用探讨

摘　　要：介绍了预铺反粘防水工艺的优势与目前市场上预铺反粘防水卷材的主要品种,分析了强制性国标GB 55030—2022《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》对于明挖法地下工程底板防水的新要求,指出:在全面实施防水新规背景下,预铺反粘防水卷材与预铺工艺仍然有着很强的优势和生命力;同时,虽然应用预铺反粘防水卷材有多种组合和设计,但是采用非沥青基强力交叉膜自粘防水卷材满粘复合HDPE/TPO预铺式高分子自粘防水卷材是目前最佳的组合设计。This article introduces the advantages of pre-laid reverse adhering waterproofing technology and the main varieties of pre-laid reverse adhering waterproofing membrane in the current market.It analyzes the new waterproofing requirements of the mandatory national standard GB 55030—2022“General code for waterproofing of building and municipal engineering”for the underground floors constructed by open cut methods.It points out that under the background of fully implementing the new waterproofing regulations,pre-laid reverse adhering waterproofing membrane and pre-laid technology still have strong advantages and vitality;meanwhile,although there are various combinations and designs for the application of pre-laid reverse adhering waterproofing membrane,the best combination currently is non-asphalt strong cross laminated film reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane fully adhered with HDPE/TPO pre-laid polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.
