摘　　要：目的观察硅凝胶垫在预防老年股骨转子间骨折手术患者压力性损伤发生的效果。方法2021年7月至2022年6月,通过便利抽样法选取广西某三甲医院老年股骨转子间骨折手术患者90例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组在压力性损伤好发部位予以厚1.5 cm规格的方形硅凝胶垫保护,对照组在同样压力性损伤好发部位予传统软棉垫保护。比较两组患者术后即刻、术后第24 h、术后第72 h压力性损伤的发生率及分期。结果观察组患者发生5例(11.11%)压力性损伤,均为1期;对照组患者发生15例(33.33%)压力性损伤,其中14例1期压力性损伤,1例2期压力性损伤,差异有统计意义(P<0.001)。结论硅凝胶垫可明显降低老年股骨转子间骨折术中患者压力性损伤发生率。Objective To observe the effect of silicone gel pads in preventing pressure injuries in elderly patients undergoing intertrochanteric fracture surgery.Methods From July 2021 to June 2022,90 elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture surgery in a tertiary hospital in Guangxi were selected by convenient sampling method,and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to the random number table method,the observation group used a square silica gel pad with a thickness of 1.5 cm to protect the prone parts of pressure injury,while the control group used a traditional soft cotton pad to protect the prone part of pressure injury.The incidence and stage of pressure injury were compared between the two groups immediately after operation,24 hour after operation and 72 hour after operation.Results There were 5 patients(11.11%)with stage 1 pressure injury in the observation group and 15(33.33%)with pressure injury in the control group,including 14 stage 1 pressure injury and 1 stage 2 pressure injury,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions Silicone gel pads can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure injury in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
