摘 要:目的了解不同类型生源高职护生的专业承诺水平。方法2021年9月至10月,通过分层抽样采用大学生专业承诺量表对福建省某高职院校676名护生进行问卷调查。结果676名高职护生专业承诺得分为(101.00±13.01)分,其中,高中生源类型护生专业承诺得分低于中职生源护生[(99.55±11.61)vs.(103.32±14.68)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高中生源护生中是否担任学生干部、直系亲属有无医务人员、报考护理专业的原因和毕业后的就业意向不同,专业承诺得分不同(均P<0.05);中职生源护生中报考护理专业的原因和毕业后的就业意向不同,承诺得分不同(均P<0.05)。结论高职护生专业承诺总体处于中等偏上水平,但高中生源护生的专业承诺水平低于中职生源护生,护理高职院校和教师应重点关注高中生源护生的专业思想,采取针对性的措施引导不同生源类型护生全面认识护理专业,稳定专业思想。Objective To understand the professional commitment level of vocational nursing students from different types of sources.Methods During September to October 2021,676 nursing students in one vocational college in Fujian Province were investigated by stratified sampling and using the College Students Professional Commitment Scale.Results The professional commitment score of 676 vocational nursing students was(101.00±13.01).The professional commitment score of senior high school nursing students(99.55±11.61)was lower than that of secondary vocational nursing students(103.32±14.68)(P<0.05);Among senior high school nursing students,whether they are student cadres,whether their immediate family members have medical professionals,the reasons for choosing the major of nursing and their employment intentions after graduation were different,and their professional commitment scores were different too(all P<0.05);Among the nursing students from secondary vocational school,the reasons for choosing the major of nursing were different from the major of employment intention after graduation,and the commitment scores were different(P<0.05).Conclusions The professional commitment of nursing students in higher vocational colleges is generally above the middle level,but the level of professional commitment of nursing students from senior high schools is lower than that of nursing students from secondary vocational schools.Nursing vocational colleges and teachers should focus on the professional thinking of nursing students from senior high schools,and take targeted measures to guide nursing students of different types of students to fully understand the nursing profession and stabilize their professional thinking.
