摘  要:为了提高聚合物驱配注系统工艺设计的针对性和全面性,针对聚合物驱配注系统工艺流程复杂、设备繁多的情况,根据聚合驱配注系统的物料流向,按照聚合物母液配制与输送系统、聚合物母液注入系统、供注水系统三部分对整个系统进行细分,从各子系统涉及的物料和工艺设备等方面入手,应用安全系统工程原理和方法,对系统中潜在的危险有害因素进行辨识和分析,从而得到各个工艺环节的危险有害因素分布情况。通过对系统潜在的危险有害因素的综合分析,可以使设计人员在设计过程中,综合考虑应对措施,从源头上预防、消除或减弱存在的风险,力争实现本质安全。同时,也可为运行单位的安全生产管理提供技术支持,以保障人员及设备的安全。In order to improve the pertinence and comprehensiveness of the process design of polymer flooding preparation and injection system,in response to the complex process and numerous equipment of polymer flooding preparation and injection system,the entire system is subdivided into three parts:polymer mother liquor preparation and transportation system,polymer mother liquor injection system,and water supply and injection system based on the material flow direction of the polymer flooding preparation and injection system.Starting from the materials and process equipment involved in each subsystem,the principles and methods of safety system engineering are applied to identify and analyze potentially hazardous and harmful factors in the system.Thus,the distribution of hazardous and harmful factors in each process link is obtained.Through the comprehensive analysis of the potential hazardous and harmful factors of the system,the designer can comprehensively consider the countermeasures in the design process,prevent,eliminate or weaken the existing risks from the source,and strive to achieve intrinsic safety.At the same time,it can also provide technical support for the safe production management of operating units to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
