摘 要:油田进入特高含水阶段后,开发动态变化快、单井调整频率高,导致区块管理人员人工分析工作量增加、决策低效、管理粗放,需要一套功能丰富、实用的信息化管理系统,用于辅助分析决策和开发管理。水驱开发动态分析管理系统由大庆油田自主研发,涵盖油田建设概况、动态分析决策和水驱日常管理,能够帮助管理人员准确掌握区块基本情况,强化新井专项管理,简化开发指标动态分析过程,细化功能模块关联及转换,还可以优化措施效果统计及前景预测,保障区块高质量、高效见产。以萨中油田东部过渡带产能区块140口新井建设为例,应用该系统有效衔接了油田地面建设与水驱开发全过程,为辅助管理人员决策分析、及时挖掘开发潜力、精准措施调整,取得了较好的效果,提升了水驱开发信息化管理水平。Once the oilfield enters the stage of extra-high water content,the development dynamic changes rapidly,the frequency of single well adjustment increases,resulting in a large manual analysis workload for block management personnel,inefficient decision-making,and sloppy management.Therefore,a set of functional and practical information management system is needed to assist analyzing decision making and development management.The water-flooding development dynamic analysis management system is independently developed by Daqing Oilfield.It integrates oilfield construction overview,dynamic analysis,decision-making and daily management of water-flooding.This system helps management personnel accurately understand the basic situation of the block,strengthen the special management of new wells,simplify the process of dynamic analysis of development indexes,and refine the correlation and conversion of functional modules.It also can optimize the statistics of measure effects and prospect prediction,and ensure high-quality and efficient production of blocks.Taking the construction of 140 new wells in the eastern transition zone of Sazhong Oilfield as an example,the application of this system effectively bridges the whole process of oilfield surface construction and waterflooding development.It assists management personnel in decision-making and analysis,timely tapping into development potential and accurately adjusting measures,achieving good oilfield development results,and improving the information management level of water-flooding development.
