摘 要:数字化在油田地面工程中已成为优化生产运行、提质提效的关键技术参数。通过分析油田地面工程数字化建设的发展现状,从调整与筛选相结合、试点先行综合比选以及管理模式转型再造三个方面,了解油田地面工程数字化建设的基本思路,提出了物联网覆盖数字化提升、智能化辅助全链条协同以及智能化生态全领域优化的三步走实施路径。某采油厂通过采取优化油井采集点位、完善注水井实施计划以及合理优选无线传输方案等优化措施,其井站数字化升级后在减员、增安、提效方面取得了较好的应用效果,为未来数字化配套维保模式探索了新方向。Currently,digitization has become a key technical parameter for optimizing production operations,improving quality and efficiency in oilfield surface engineering.This paper analyzes the development status of digital construction in oilfield surface engineering,and elaborates on the basic ideas of digital construction from three aspects:"combination of adjustment and screening","pilot projects first,comprehensive comparison",and"management model transformation and reconstruction".Meanwhile,a"three-step"implementation path is proposed,which includes"Internet of Things coverage and digitization enhancement","intelligent assistance and full-chain collaboration",and"intelligent ecosystem and optimization in all fields".By adopting optimization measures such as optimizing the collection point of oil wells,improving the implementation plan of water injection wells,and reasonably selecting wireless transmission schemes,a certain oil production plant has achieved good application effects in reducing staff,increasing safety,and improving efficiency after the digital upgrade of its well stations,which explores a new direction for the future digital supporting maintenance modes.
