自动化设备和自制工装在橇装计量间提质增效中的应用

摘　　要：管线下料和焊接是橇装计量间管线预制的重要环节,管线下料精度、坡口加工效率、焊接效率对于提高产品焊接质量、产品外观形象及预制效率具有重要意义。计量间管线预制时,在汇管上进行马鞍口的切割及焊接均是局部不均匀的加热过程。冷却时,高温区域因热塑性变形产生的收缩量大,低温区域的收缩量小,这种不平衡的收缩导致汇管发生凝缩弯曲变形,且人工管线下料效率低、焊口成型差。为了提高橇装计量间的生产效率以及产品质量,利用自动化切割、焊接设备,采用相贯线设备进行切割下料,运用工装组对汇管、焊接机器人进行焊接,从而提高产品下料精度、焊接效率与质量。通过实践证明,使用自动化设备与自制工装提高了产品预制效率和质量,可实现降本、提质、增效。Pipeline cutting and welding are important links in pipeline prefabrication in the skidmounted metering room.The accuracy of pipeline cutting,groove processing efficiency,and welding efficiency are of great significance for improving product welding quality,product appearance image,and prefabrication efficiency.During prefabricating pipelines in the metering room,cutting and welding the saddle mouth on the manifold are locally uneven heating processes.During cooling,the shrinkage in the high-temperature area is large due to thermoplastic deformation,while the shrinkage in the lowtemperature area is small.This unbalanced shrinkage leads to condensation and bending deformation of the manifold,and the efficiency of manual pipeline cutting is low,resulting in poor weld formation.In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality of the skid-mounted metering room,automated cutting and welding equipment is used.Intersecting line equipment is used for cutting,manifold assembly tooling and welding robots are used for welding,thereby improving the accuracy of product cutting,welding efficiency and quality.The use of automatic equipment and self-made tooling improves the efficiency and quality of product prefabrication,thereby reducing production costs,achieving cost reduction,quality improvement,and efficiency enhancement.
