海拉尔油田地面系统优化调整效果分析

摘　　要：海拉尔油田经过20多年开发建设,由于近几年无新增储量,产量逐年递减,目前面临新建产能效益评价达标难、已建地面系统低效运行的问题。为此,海拉尔油田新建项目通过采用“加密外扩就近挂接、零散区块集中拉油”建设模式、加大丛式井平台推广力度、优选电加热集油与集中拉油工艺、充分利旧设备等措施实现效益建产;同时采取“降、停、并、调”的措施对已建地面系统进行综合优化调整,即脱水站优化降级运行、停运低负荷污水站、合并注水站、优化停运低效冗余集油管道、利用掺水系统输送污水等多项针对性措施,提升了地面系统运行效率。海拉尔油田地面系统在老区成熟工艺基础上,不断优化、改进、创新,形成了一套适合自身特点的地面工艺技术,可为油田零散区块中长期地面规划提供具体的参考意见。After more than 20 years of development and construction,Hailar Oilfield is facing the problems of difficulty in reaching the standard of new productivity benefit evaluation,and inefficient operation of the existing surface system due to the fact that there are no new reserves in recent years,and the output is decreasing year by year.For this reason,the new project of Hailar Oilfield has realized the benefit production and construction by adopting the construction mode of"infilling and expanding the nearby connection,and centralized oil extraction in scattered blocks",increasing the promotion of cluster well platforms,optimizing the electric heating oil gathering and centralized oil extraction process,and fully utilizing the old equipment.At the same time,the measures of"lowering,stopping,merging,and turning"are taken to comprehensively optimize and adjust the existing surface system,that is,optimizing the degraded operation of the dewatering station,shutting down the low-load sewage station,merging water injection stations,optimizing and shutting down the inefficient redundant oil gathering pipeline,and using the water mixing system to transport sewage,and other targeted measures,which improved the operation efficiency of the surface system.Based on the mature technology in the old area,the surface system of Hailar Oilfield has been continuously optimized,improved,and innovated to form a set of surface technology suitable for its own characteristics,which can provide specific guidance for the medium and long-term surface planning of scattered oilfield blocks.
