摘  要:为摸清冠层喷水对满天红梨果实品质的影响情况,本研究对湖南省浏阳市窑前专业合作社10年生满天红梨树进行摘袋后冠层喷水试验。本试验设定了不喷水对照、每隔3h喷水、每隔2h喷水共3个处理,果实成熟采摘后对其进行果实品质测定。结果显示:每隔3h喷水处理与每隔2h喷水处理试验处理的果实着色程度、可溶性糖、总酸度、糖酸比与对照差异极显著,冠层喷水对增加满天红梨果实着色程度、增加果实可溶性糖、降低果实总酸度、提高果实糖酸比均有显著作用。This study investigates the effects of canopy spraying under different microclimate conditions on the quality of Mantianhong pears grown in Liuyang,Hunan,China.The experiment is conducted on 10-year-old pear trees at Yaoqian professional cooperatives,and three treatments are set up:no spray control,spray water every 3 hours,and spray water every 2 hours.After the fruits are harvested,their quality is measured,and it is found that there are significant differences between the water spray every 3 hours and water spray every 2 hours treatments in terms of fruit coloration,soluble sugar content,total acidity,and sugar-acid ratio.Therefore,canopy spraying has a significant effect on increasing the coloration,soluble sugar content,and sugar-acid ratio of Mantianhong pears,while lowering their total acidity.
