摘　　要：目的探讨标准化全科诊疗路径对提升全科住院医师临床能力的效果和意义。方法选取2020年在全科医学科参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师52人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组26人。试验组采用标准化全科诊疗路径培训方法,对照组采用传统培训方法。3个月培训和临床实践后,对两组进行统一的客观结构化临床考核,通过问卷调查了解试验组对培训方法的评价,并调查两组接诊患者的就诊满意度和依从性。结果试验组多项考核成绩明显高于对照组,对标准化全科诊疗路径评价较高,接诊患者的就诊满意度及依从性也明显高于对照组。结论标准化全科诊疗路径有助于提高全科住院医师的临床能力和医疗服务水平,效果较好。Objective To explore the effectiveness and significance of standardized general practice diagnosis and therapy pathways in enhancing the clinical capabilities of general practice residents.Methods 52 resident physicians who participated in the standardized training for resident physicians in the general practice department in 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 26 people in each group.The experimental group received standardized general practice diagnosis and therapy pathway training methods,while the control group was taught by traditional training methods.After 3 months of training and clinical practice,a unified objective structured clinical assessment was conducted on the two groups.A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the evaluation of the training methods by the experimental group,and the satisfaction and compliance of the two groups of patients receiving therapy were investigated.Results The experimental group had significantly higher scores in multiple assessments than the control group,and had a higher evaluation of standardized general practice diagnosis and therapy pathways.The satisfaction and compliance of patients receiving therapy were also significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The standard general practice diagnosis and therapy pathway is helpful in improving the clinical capability and medical service level of general practice residents,with good results.
