医养结合模式下养老机构照护服务精细化管理分析

摘　　要：目的对医养结合模式下的养老机构照护服务内容进行二次划分及精细化管理分析,以实现养老照护服务资源的高效利用。方法分析G市老人院2020—2021年各月高血压老年人的照护服务措施相关资料,采用文本特征匹配法进行服务内容的分类与整理。结果对养老机构现有的照护服务措施进行二次划分后得到16个照护服务类型,明确了各类型的分类标准、服务频次、单次时长、日平均工时等内容。结论养老机构照护服务精细化管理是实施医养结合模式的重要一环,能明确老年人的服务需求及资源合理分配,提高养老机构整体服务质量及效率,是推动养老机构医养结合模式可持续发展、应对老龄化挑战的有效措施。Objective To conduct a secondary division and refined management analysis of the care service content of elderly care institutions under the integrated medical and elderly care model,so as to achieve efficient utilization of elderly care service resources.Methods The data of nursing service measures for the elderly with hypertension from 2020 to 2021 in elderly care institution in G city were analyzed,and the service contents were classified and sorted by text feature matching method.Results After a secondary division of the existing care service measures in elderly care institutions,16 types of care services were obtained,with clear classification standards,service frequency,duration per time,and daily average working hours for each type.Conclusion The refined management of care services in elderly care institutions is an important part of implementing the integrated medical and elderly care model.It can clarify the service needs and reasonable allocation of resources of the elderly,improve the overall service quality and efficiency of elderly care institutions,and is an effective measure to promote the sustainable development of the integrated medical and elderly care model in elderly care institutions and respond to the challenges of aging.
