摘　　要：目的探讨ClearMate气体中毒急救呼吸机联合固定式高压氧舱治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的临床效果。方法收集2021年1月~2022年12月我院收治的208例急性一氧化碳中毒患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为高压氧舱治疗组(n=150)和ClearMate气体中毒急救呼吸机联合固定式高压氧舱治疗组(n=58),对比两组治疗效果、血气及碳氧血红蛋白指标、并发症。结果联合治疗组临床疗效显著高于高压氧舱治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组6 h、18 h血气及碳氧血红蛋白指标改善情况明显优于高压氧舱治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组迟发性脑病发生率显著低于高压氧舱治疗组(P<0.05)。结论ClearMate气体中毒急救呼吸机联合固定式高压氧舱治疗急性一氧化碳中毒患者与使用高压氧舱治疗相比,可以显著提高治疗效果、改善血气情况,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ClearMate gas poisoning emergency ventilator combined with fixed hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods Clinical data of 208 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment group(n=150)and ClearMate gas poisoning emergency ventilator combined with fixed hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment group(n=58).The therapeutic effects,blood gas,carboxyhemoglobin indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment group(P<0.05).The improvement of blood gas and carboxyhemoglobin indexes at 6 h and 18 h in the combined treatment group was significantly better than that in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment group(P<0.05);The incidence of delayed encephalopathy in combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the hyperbaric chamber treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion ClearMate gas poisoning emergency ventilator combined with fixed hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning patients can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve blood gas condition and reduce complications compared with the use of hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
