摘 要:使用双螺杆挤出机通过挤出反应制备高流动性聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(PP/POE)复合料。结果表明:与过氧化二异丙苯相比,2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(过氧化叔丁基)己烷更适宜于该挤出反应;较高的螺杆转速有利于提高PP/POE复合料的熔体流动速率(MFR);一起加料工艺比分开加料工艺操作简单;PP/POE复合料中2μm POE微球均匀地分布在PP连续相中;加入POE以及挤出反应均没有改变PP的晶型;PP/POE复合料的屈服强度和断裂伸长率都在其MFR为28.0 g/10 min时达到最大值,PP/POE复合料的无缺口冲击强度随其MFR的升高而下降。High fluidity polypropylene/ethylene-octene copolymer(PP/POE)composites were prepared through reactive extrusion by twin-screw extruder.The results show that compared with diisopropylbenzene peroxide,2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert butyl peroxide)hexane is more suitable for this reactive extrusion.Higher screw speed is more conducive to improve melt flow rate(MFR)of PP/POE composites.The feeding-together-process is more simple process operation than separate-feeding-process.POE is evenly distributed in PP continuous phase with average diameter of 2μm in high fluidity PP/POE composites.The addition of POE and extrusion reaction does not change crystal form of PP.The yield strength and elongation at break of PP/POE composites reach the maximum when MFR is 28.0 g/10 min,and un-notched impact strength of PP/POE composites decreases with the increase of MFR.
