摘 要:以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)为主要原料,合成了一种新型的磷氮复合阻燃剂(DTGIC),利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和热重分析仪对DTGIC结构及热稳定性进行了表征。将DTGIC与二乙基次磷酸铝(AlPi)复配,对聚乳酸(PLA)进行阻燃改性。结果表明:DTGIC与AlPi具有协同作用。与纯PLA相比,PLA/DTGIC(质量比92/8)复合材料的极限氧指数由21%提升至26%,并通过UL-94 V-0级,其热释放速率峰值(PHRR)由451 kW/m^(2)下降至353 kW/m^(2),总热释放量(THR)由117 MJ/m^(2)下降至87 MJ/m^(2),PLA/DTGIC/AlPi(质量比92/6/2)复合材料的PHRR进一步下降至344 kW/m^(2),THR下降至81 MJ/m^(2)。PLA/DTGIC/AlPi(质量比92/6/2)复合材料表面形成了更为致密多孔的炭层,有效隔绝了热量的传递。A new phosphorus-nitrogen composite flame retardant(DTGIC)was synthesized using 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphafi-10-oxide(DOPO)and triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)as the main raw materials.The structure and thermal stability of DTGIC were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetric analyzer.DTGIC was compounded with diethyl aluminium hypophosphite(AlPi)for flame retardation modification of polylactic acid(PLA).The results show that DTGIC and AlPi have a synergistic effect.Compared with pure PLA,limiting oxygen index of PLA/DTGIC(mass ratio 92/8)composite increases from^(2)1%to 26%,and passes UL-94 V-0 grade.The peak heat release rate(PHRR)decreases from 451 kW/m^(2)to 353 kW/m^(2),and the total heat release(THR)decreases from 117 MJ/m^(2)to 87 MJ/m^(2),PHRR of PLA/DTGIC/AlPi(mass ratio 92/6/2)composite further decreases by 344 kW/m^(2),and THR decreases by 81 MJ/m^(2).The denser and porous carbon layer is formed on the surface of PLA/DTGIC/AlPi(mass ratio 92/6/2)composite,which effectively insulates the heat transfer.
