摘　　要：以再生的小中空高密度聚乙烯瓶、桶料等为基料,通过添加适量的增韧剂、相容剂及除味萃取剂等助剂共混后挤出造粒,再进行循环干燥除味,制备了一种气味散发性低、缺口冲击强度以及耐环境应力开裂性优良的汽车风管专用料,其各项指标满足了汽车吹塑风管使用要求。The regenerated small hollow high density polyethylene bottles,barrels and other materials were used as the base materials,and an appropriate amount of toughening agent,compatibilizer,steam extraction agent and other auxiliary agents were added to blend,then extruded and granulated,and then recycled drying and deodorization were carried out.A special material for automobile air duct with low odor dispersion,notch impact strength and environmental stress cracking resistance can be prepared,and its indicators meet the requirements of automobile blow molding air duct.
