摘  要:以高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)和碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))为原料,通过注塑成型试验,探究不同注塑工艺参数对宠物试剂卡弯曲刚度的影响,优化注塑工艺参数,并系统地研究了试剂卡制备过程中不同CaCO_(3)含量对试剂卡表面水接触角、弯曲刚度、微观形貌和相对结晶度的影响。结果表明:注射压力、熔体温度和保压压力对试剂卡弯曲刚度影响较大,而注射速度对试剂卡弯曲刚度影响较小。随着CaCO_(3)含量升高,试剂卡表面水接触角先减小后增大,弯曲刚度呈现先升高后下降的趋势,相对结晶度呈现上升趋势。High impact polystyrene(HIPS)and calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))were used as raw materials to investigate the effects of different injection molding process parameters on the bending stiffness of pet reagent card through injection molding experiments and optimize injection molding process parameters.And systematically investigated the effects of CaCO_(3)content on water contact angle,bending stiffness,microstructure and relative crystallinity of the reagent card during the preparation process.The results show that injection pressure,temperature of melt and retaining pressure have great influence on the bending stiffness of the reagent card.The effect of the injection speed on the bending stiffness is small.With the increase of CaCO_(3)content,the water contact angle of the surface firstly decreases and then increases,the bending stiffness increases first and then decreases,and the relative crystallinity increases.
