关爱护理在人工流产患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察关爱护理在人工流产患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年9月该院收治的110例人工流产患者的临床资料,根据围术期护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用关爱护理,比较两组术后自护意识评分、避孕措施执行率、护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组规律用药、个人卫生、正确避孕等术后自护意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组避孕措施执行率为90.91%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.36%,高于对照组的83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关爱护理应用于人工流产患者可提高其自护意识、避孕措施执行率和护理满意度,减轻负性情绪,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of caring nursing in patients with induced abortion.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients with artificial abortion admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different perioperative nursing plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with caring nursing.The postoperative self-care awareness score,the contraceptive compliance rate,the negative emotion score[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The scores of postoperative self-care awareness such as regular medication,personal hygiene,and correct contraception in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contraceptive compliance rate the observation group was 90.91%(50/55),which was higher than 72.73%(40/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than 83.64%(46/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The caring nursing in the patients with induced abortion can improve the selfcare awareness scores,the contraceptive compliance rate and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the negative emotion scores.T Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
