乡村振兴战略下农村思想道德建设的载体设计条件探析

摘　　要：在新时代乡村振兴战略的实践中,农村思想道德建设载体越来越丰富。想要取得较好的思想道德建设效果,应在载体设计过程中关注载体的价值性,依照目的性原则、主体性原则、创新性原则和层次性原则的设计原则,创设一定的条件来发挥作用。该文认为保证农村思想道德建设载体发挥实效的条件包括前提条件、核心条件、重要条件和主体性条件。研究发现,随着新时代乡村振兴战略实践的深入推进,农村思想道德建设载体作用发挥的大小和坚持党的领导、坚持宣传党的新思想新理论、坚持关注农民的实际需要、坚持以农民为中心有密切的关联。In the practice of rural revitalization strategy in the new era,the carriers of rural ideological and moral construction are becoming more and more abundant.In order to achieve a better effect of ideological and moral construction,we should attach importance to the value of the carriers in the process of carrier design,and create certain conditions to play a role in accordance with the design principles of purpose principle,subjectivity principle,innovation principle and hierarchical principle.We believe that the conditions that guarantee the effectiveness of the carriers of ideological and moral construction in rural areas include prerequisites,core conditions,important conditions and subjective conditions.This study finds that with the in-depth promotion of the strategic practice of rural revitalization in the new era,the role of the carrier of rural ideological and moral construction is closely related to adherence to the leadership of the Party,abiding by the publicity of the Party's new ideas and theories,focus on the actual needs of farmers and looking on farmers as the center.
