摘　　要：推进乡村振兴,基层银行机关党建工作要以党建为引领,以普惠金融为抓手,助推乡村振兴发展。中国工商银行通辽分行机关党委坚持把党的政治建设摆在乡村振兴的重要地位,以中国特色社会主义金融的本质特征为指导,围绕金融工作的政治性、人民性、专业性来开展工作。统一思想认识,加强政治建设,围绕乡村产业振兴主题,探索基层银行机关党建工作服务乡村振兴发展的主要支点,对金融产品和服务不断创新,不断完善助推乡村振兴信贷支持政策和业务布局,助推乡村振兴,在推进乡村振兴中,承担起应有的社会责任。To promote the revitalization of rural areas,the Party building work of grass-roots banking institutions should be led by Party building and started with inclusive finance,so as to promote the development of rural revitalization.The Party committee of the Tongliao Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China insists on putting the Party's political construction in an important position in rural rejuvenation;under the guidance of the essential characteristics of socialist finance with Chinese characteristics,the committee carries out work around the political,popular and professional nature of financial work,unify ideological understanding,strengthen political construction,revolve around the theme of rural industrial revitalization,explore the main fulcrum of Party building work in grass-roots banking institutions to serve rural revitalization and development,and constantly innovate financial products and services.We should continue to improve credit support policies and business layout for rural revitalization,promote rural revitalization,and assume due social responsibility in promoting rural revitalization.
