摘 要:文章介绍了一起因有载开关重瓦斯保护动作引起的主变压器跳闸事故。首先通过分析动作前后的有载开关相关报文信息推断出其工作状态,再结合对有载开关及其附属设备(有载瓦斯继电器和在线滤油装置等)检查和吊芯试验结果,分析得出造成本次跳闸事故的主要原因是在线滤油装置管道窝气。随后分析本次事故中管道窝气积聚的原因,阐明了暴露出的问题。最后针对问题,提出了相应的防范措施。This paper introduces a tripping accident of the main transformer caused by the heavy gas protection action of the on-load switch.Firstly,the working state is inferred by analyzing the information related to the on-load switch before and after the action.Combined with the inspection of the on-load switch and its ancillary equipment(on-load gas relay and online oil filter device,etc.)and the core test result,it is revealed that the pipeline gas of the online oil filter device is the main cause of the tripping accident.Then,the reasons for the accumulation of pipeline gas in this accident are analyzed,and the problems are clarified.Finally,corresponding preventive measures are proposed for the exposed problems.
