摘 要:为解决目前船舶废气中SO_(2)排放不达标的问题,利用聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)中空纤维膜搭建船舶废气膜法海水脱硫系统,包括废气冷却除尘预处理单元和PTFE膜法脱硫单元。在船舶发动机功率为14、27、41 kW等3种工况下,研究其对废气中SO_(2)的脱除效果。结果表明:干净的冷却水能吸收废气中部分SO_(2),且系统在任一工况下运行30 min后冷却水对SO_(2)的吸收达到饱和;当冷却水水温控制在15℃,喷淋量大于4 m^(3)/h时,喷淋后的废气温度均可控制在40℃以下;只要控制模拟海水的pH在7.0以上,PTFE膜法脱硫单元对废气中SO_(2)的脱除率均可达到100%。In order to solve the problem of substandard SO_(2)emission in ship exhaust gas,a membrane seawater desulfurization system of ship exhaust gas is built using the polytetrafluorothylene(PTFE)hollow fibre membrane,including the exhaust gas cooling and dust removal pre-treatment unit and the PTFE membrane desulfurization unit.The system s removal effect of SO_(2)in the exhaust gas is studied under three conditions that the ship engine power is 14,27 and 41 kW.The results show that:the clean cooling water can absorb part of SO_(2)in the exhaust gas,and SO_(2)in the cooling water reaches saturation after 30 min of system operation under each condition;when the cooling water temperature is controlled at 15℃and the spray amount is greater than 4 m^(3)/h,the exhaust gas temperature after spraying can be controlled below 40℃;as long as pH of the simulated seawater is controlled above 7.0,the PTFE membrane desulfurization unit can achieve 100%removal rate of SO_(2)in the exhaust gas.
